The "Hooded beach Jacket" is an innovative garment designed for beach wear after swimming to provide some sun protection and a degree of modesty. The jacket extends to half way up the thigh and has a hood to cover the head, three quarter sleeves with turn back cuffs. The front has two "patch" pockets and the body of the garment has side splits and a pin tuck in the centre of the back to allow for a loose fit. The front of the jacket has four buttons to provide a closure. Construction is of light weight cotton fabric.
