Running shoe with a removable heel. This is a normal running shoe that is able to be used daily. For allowing the user to train themselves how to run properly the heel of the shoe can be easily removed from the main body of the shoe. Once the heel is removed, the user can train to land their foot on the balls of their feet first and move their body weight forward in the correct manner. The heel can then be replaced and the shoe can be used again as ordinary footwear.
