The “SANDFLY” is a lightweight device for transporting paraphernalia over uneven or soft terrain. In the disassembled state it is contained in a carry bag Construction is such that it is easily assembled and disassembled. Once assembled, the solid, flat base provides a stable platform for stacking items. The upright corners of the tubular frame also provide storage space for items such as fishing rods, rod holders, umbrellas, tent poles and the like. A rope harness is provided for towing and handles at each end allow for lifting the loaded vehicle over obstacles.
