The Building Resilience Rating Tool (BRRT). The BRRT rates the resilience of buildings to natural hazards. A building that is designed to be resilient to natural hazards will suffer less damage and will save owners money. A rating from the BRRT will produce information about which parts of the building are most at risk in order to understand how the resilience of the building can be increased. The BRRT provides a rating of 1 -5 for buildings as well as detailed information on individual building elements.
